((Sept 3rd (I guess). Open to anyone taking Felix's shop class..thingy. Takes place a few minuets before class begins, so students need not already be there))
To be honest, the video game hero wasn't sure how to go about directing his classroom. Of course, it was his job to repair the damage Ralph had done back in his own game, so Felix didn't think it'd be that far-fetched an idea to teach a shop class. But he was sure he made himself clear that he was simply too busy, as much as he was flattered by the offer. Did he upset whoever asked him to come to this academy? Saying "no" wasn't something Felix liked to do and the idea that he might have offended someone was even worse. Maybe that's why he just suddenly at the school appeared anyway. Felix wished he knew who he could go to so he could apologize profusely. And, although he won't say it out loud, the handyman hoped that being forgiven would land him back home. At this point, Felix was starting to act a bit neurotic, worrying about Nice Land.
Felix spent the few minuets before the bell rang for class placing identical little packs of wood and materials in front of each chair. Bird houses. That seemed simple enough for a first project. Plus, assuming the student's first attempts as craftsmanship were successful, they might do good to spruce up campus a bit. Surely it'd make the students feel better to make something, rather than destroy something - as seems to be the point of this school, given the weekly battles to the death. The handyman bit the corner of his lip as he remembered the fights. Oh, this place was just awful. Maybe...if he managed to sneak in close enough during the fights...
Felix stopped himself, "No, I ought to concentrate on this class for now. I need to make this count. Now let's see..."
Felix took a short stick of white chalk and examined the blackboard in front of him for a few moments. Then, hopping up to the top of the board, he wrote his name lightning fast across the surface, appearing to defy gravity for a short while, before plopping down to his feet. Grinning, he looked at his work, putting his hands on his hips.
"Fix-it Felix Jr," He read what he'd written with enthuse, then tilted his head, "Or maybe it should be Mr. Fix-it Felix Jr.?"

Luna thought the class would be fun. Shop. That was building things. Maybe she would get to make some fun gifts for her friends and send them back home. It seemed that she was the first person here. The teacher seemed to be debating about his name on the board. Fix-it Felix. What an interesting name. She noticed the birdhouses too and smiled. It seemed so adorable.
The green haired girl glanced at the gloves on her hands, maybe she should take them off. Would they be right for this class? Probably not. "Good morning sir." she said, despite her tiny voice, it was gentle and warming. As students should be.

Not far behind Luna was Hiccup, and the earth circle member had somehow managed to get caught up in a crowd. Thus, when he arrived in the classroom, he'd been running and succeeded in slipping up as he entered the classroom. It was more his metal foot's fault than anything else, as it seemed to have found a particularly slick spot on the ground, but regardless Hiccup was sent onto the floor and landed on his bottom. A soft groan followed, and he got to his feet moments later. Some entrance... That was sure to get him noticed. Not that Hiccup necessarily wanted to be noticed, but there it was. First, he had to confirm that he was, in fact, not seriously hurt.
"I'm okay," Hiccup said. "Darn floor's just kinda... Yeah, I slipped. So, ah... This is wood shop, I take it?"
The question was answered by the sheer fact that he could see wood set up in front of each student's chair. That was sure handy. A sort of grin formed on the young Viking's face when he realized just how good he could end up being in this particular class. While dragon riding was probably his best skill, Hiccup knew for a fact that he was very skilled when it came to making things. This class should have been simple enough for him. After all, he'd managed to make a tail fin for Toothless after his attempt at downing the Night Fury had resulted in crippling him. How hard could it have been to work with wood?
Soon enough, Hiccup's gaze trailed to the chalkboard and he took in the name written on it. Fix-it Felix Jr. That was... Some name. Maybe it was even stranger than his own. On the other hand, though, nothing really seemed capable of topping Hiccup Horrendous Haddock III in terms of strangeness. Not that he was going to say so out loud. Felix probably had Hiccup's name on his class roster already. At least, he hoped that was the case. Either way, introductions were probably a thing that would happen.

"'Fix-it Felix Jr'? Aren't you the guy from that old game across the arcade?"
When, exactly the little glitch had entered the classroom may well have been a mystery to all concerned; but nonetheless, there Vanellope was, kneeling on one of the stools that was designed for someone taller than herself and so was way too short for her to be able to sit on normally and see over the edge of the table. Her current position, however, made her juuuust high enough to be able to rest her elbows on the table's surface - though Vanellope figured that she'd have to stand up on the seat when it actually came to working.
She'd picked out the woodwork class, more than anything else, because of her skill with her hands. Even if she'd never actually worked with wood before, Vanellope had plenty of practice at putting bits and pieces of candy together to make whatever she needed - she even had started to build her own kart back home, and thought it was coming along nicely - so wood couldn't be too much of a step up from that, right? If nothing else, it could be interesting.
What she hadn't counted on, however, was the teacher being from the arcade himself; Vanellope fidgeted with her shirt collar for a moment and tried not to look as though that bothered her. She didn't know much about the game, or any other game beyond Sugar Rush, other than what she'd gleaned from the occasional visitor and her glimpses out through the screen every now and then, so she recognised Felix's name and not much else. Still... though she'd been working her hardest to keep her glitching under control the last two days - and found that if she could, people treated her normally - she would have to be even more careful about not glitching around someone who no doubt would recognise even the slightest twitch of code for what it was. Now more than ever, she couldn't afford to give herself away.
But it was just a nice simple woodwork class. Nothing should happen- right?
Vanellope was, probably for the best, distracted from her concerns by the thump of another guy making his entrance; she turned to see a scrawny male, wearing a green tie that matched her own, as he climbed back to his feet, and Vanellope didn't even try to keep herself from chuckling aloud.
"Well, you know how to make an entrance, peg-leg," she snorted with amusement. Her tone wasn't especially mean, but it was kind of goading nonetheless; he already seemed like an amusing kind of guy, and Vanellope was interested in testing the truth of that. What sort of game, she had to wonder, was he even from?
Because he had to be from a game. No-one in real life would wear a mishmash of metal like that in place of a leg, she was certain.

'Peg-leg'. Hiccup actually smirked a bit when he heard Vanellope's comment and straightened his tie out a bit before deciding how best to address the statement. He'd learned to roll with these sorts of punches. After all, he'd call himself that to ease any awkwardness that might have come. Hiccup had mostly adjusted to his new leg and the comments that came with it. So, why bother feeling offended for what had come? He'd have preferred to laugh it off these days even if he did still kind of hate his stupid leg.
"Yeah, well what can I say? We Vikings have always had a thing for dramatic flair and all. I guess I'm just the most dramatic when it comes to entrances," he laughed. That was when he noticed the accessories Vanellope was wearing. He decided to ignore the fact that she was wearing strange little things in her hair... Candy, was it? He didn't know for sure. Instead of focusing on that much, Hiccup instead remained attentively aware of the fact that he and Vanellope were in the same circle. How long had she been a part of the earth circle, and how come Hiccup hadn't noticed her before then? Maybe she was just one of those kinds of girls that didn't like being among big crowds of people. He could kind of understand that much. Hiccup wouldn't say he was one of those people himself, but it wasn't as though he could judge Vanellope or anything.
"All right, so long as we're doing introductory statements I might as well get mine out of the way. I'm Hiccup. Peg-leg works fine, too. I'll also answer to Fishbone, Twiggy, and 'Hey you, get out of the way'. What about you?"
He mostly was joking around with the names he claimed to answer to. But hey, Hiccup was a reasonable guy. He could laugh at himself.

Felix decided he'd go by just his first name: being called Mr. seemed a little bit excessive. Just as he was deciding this, the handyman heard a cheerful greeting from behind him. He grinned in relief; the students had to be good people, right? Well, at least the girl who first arrived to his class seemed to be. Felix doubted any sort of nasty, destructive people would show up to a woodworking class anyway. Truth be told, Felix wasn't the greatest at dishing out discipline.
The little man smiled and gave Luna a wave, "Good morning to you too, and welcome t-"
Felix's greeting was cut off as he let out a stifled gasp, seeing (and hearing) the grand entrance of the young viking. His hand came up to his mouth as he flinched back. As comical as Hiccup, quite literally, stumbling into class may have been, Felix didn't seem to find it humorous. Being a peaceful man, he didn't like to see others get hurt. It didn't seem as if his student had been hurt, but Felix needed to make sure.
"Oh dear - are you okay?" Felix asked in concern, inching closer.
If it came down to it, Felix could potentially have acted as a medic using his Magic Hammer. Considering he was teaching in room full of power-tools, it was good skill to have. Though that didn't appear to be necessary, seeing as how the young man was ready to make jokes right after. Felix blinked as he looked at Vanellope, half wondering when she got there. The handyman appeared bemused for a moment; did she just say she knew him from the arcade? Felix wasn't sure he'd ever seen her before; but she must have been from the arcade to have made such a comment. After thinking for a moment, Felix thought he pinned down where Vanellope must have come from; judging by the sticky assortment of sweeties in the girl's raven hair, he figured she must have come from the candy-themed kart game; Sugar Rush. Although Felix would be darned if he'd ever heard her name before.
Felix, attempting to look stern, waved a finger at the girl, "Now I don't want to hear any name-calling; what if this young man had really been hurt?"
Felix was aware Vanellope didn't mean any harm, and this was blindingly clear by Hiccup's playful response, but even so, he'd rather the name-calling be kept to a minimum. If such a thing was allowed to progress, Felix was sure it would stop being playful quickly. Felix just wanted make it clear that he could so totally discipline unruly children if he had to. Felix went out of serious mode a moment later, and a smile appeared back on his face.
"Oh - and yes; that's me, Fix-it Felix Jr. And you must be from Sugar Rush, I assume. Though, I'm sorry, but I don't think I've ever really seen you before," Felix said as he looked toward Vanellope.

She was going to like Hiccup, Vanellope could already tell as she sniggered at his words. Sure, she wasn't one to warm up to people quickly, but someone who could laugh at themselves like that wouldn't mind other people laughing at them too; and that was pretty much the main thing she was good at. Mocking and laughing and teasing; all right down her alley. Not in any mean way, of course, just in a 'you're funny, I like you' kind of way. Before she had time to utter a similarly joking response, however, Felix had spoken up, chiding her.
"Hey, the most he'd hurt like that'd be his pride. An' maybe his butt." Vanellope rolled her eyes. Clear, it was, to see that the girl wasn't going out of her way to get on the teacher's good side. While the glitched child didn't really fancy herself a rebel in this kind of environment, the fact was that she was who she was, and she wasn't about to play nicer on someone else's request, no matter who they were. And especially not someone who she was sure would freak out the moment he knew what she was anyway.
An eyebrow quirked slightly as, less than a moment later, Felix was smiling and bouncy again, as if the scolding he'd given her had never happened, but Vanellope declined to comment for now. Even she could see that scoffing at the teacher's ways wasn't the best thing she could do, as tempting as it was to make some crack about just how wacky a mood swing he must be capable of like that. Maybe she could play nice, at least to start with.
"That's right. Vanellope Von Schweetz; but like Tw- ah, Hiccup over there, I answer to pretty much anythin'. Except 'Vanny', because face it, that's the dumbest nickname in history." She had been about to call him Twiggy, since he'd officially approved it as a nickname, but thought better of it. Even if she wasn't going out of her way to make Felix happy, she really didn't want to find out what sort of punishment he might find if she disobeyed his direct order. It couldn't compare to the fungeon back home, but it would still not be a lot of fun.

Luna gave a small smile at the two students who introduced themselves. "It's nice to meet you all. My name is Luna Tskuyomi, but everyone just calls me Luna." The girl pushed her hair out of her face. "I hope we can all get along in this class and have a ton of fun." That would be the kind of response that Akari would have said. Trying to take her advice and come out of her shell with someone but shyness was still taking over.
She was looking forward to taking the class, the teacher seemed nice and bubbly. Her cheeks turned a light shade of pink before looking at her feet afraid to say something else. Something that would cause others to laugh at her. Not that they would but that fear came into her mind. That would not do. She had to not think better about that.
Turning to Felix, she cleared her throat. "C-can...Can I ask what we are to be doing in this class? I have never..never done anything like this before." she whispered. "Is...is that okay?"

"Oh, yeah. I'm just fine, sir," Hiccup answered. After losing a leg back home, he could safely say that he'd faced more dangerous things when it came to dealing with dragons. Dealing with Toothless alone could have been viewed as a dangerous task in and of itself. He did have to snigger a little when Vanellope slipped in an attempt at using one of the nicknames he'd tossed out for her. Might as well roll with the punches, right? The only thing that he really could hurt was his pride until he somehow or another found a way to get himself hurt for real. The chances of that seemed slim, at least for the moment, so he wasn't too worried.
"I've had worse things happen to me than slipping on the floors here anyway. There's been splinters, the odd bump or bruise, and... Well, we don't even talk about the sheep incident."
A pause. He wondered how many people would take that last remark seriously before he went any further. When he felt a sufficient amount of silence had followed, though, Hiccup went on. He might as well. Right?
"Okay, there weren't any sheep incidents. There was a heck of a dragon incident back home, though. That's how I ended up like I am now. But hey, it was worth it. Couldn't be called peg-leg if I hadn't gotten like this, right Vanellope?" he asked. He had a good feeling he was going to like her. They were even in the same circle! Maybe he'd have to try and spend more time with her in the future if he was given the opportunity. Fortunately, Luna's question had brought him back to the topic at hand. This was a sort of wood shop class, right? Hiccup could take a fairly good guess as to what would be going on. He'd wait to see if Felix answered her question, though. Just to be polite.
