So many of you have been asking how these rules and such will be enforced.
Let me introduce you to They. They are the shadow people. They are creatures who will be enforcing the rules here. If you refuse to fight, a shadow person, faceless, emotionless and such will be take you to the stocks. They're in charge here.
They're also NPC's but they won't show up unless you break the rules. They guard the stocks as well.
