So, this is just clarification on my part. Would it be all right to claim Frozen characters if we made their histories take place before the events of the movie?

So long as there are no spoilers, I don't see why not.

Hi. My character's about 23 years old, and I was wondering if he's just a bit too old to be a student, since a lot of the other students seem to be either teens or kids.

We've got adult characters as students plus two of my characters are college students so you're good :3

Okay, one question about the fights; if the opponents try and refuse to fight each other, is there some means in place to force them into it? What happens with that?

Sorry; it took me a day to think of an answer for this because it didn't occur to me ^^; So for one sided refusals, ie one side is like "screw this, I'm not doing that" and the other one is like "Yeah I'm still going." The fight continues on. But if both sides refuse they not only get locked up inside their dorm but the next fight ALL members of their circle must take place in the fights as punishment. As a group battle. You know to weed out the weak ones

Would it be public knowledge that these are the consequences for refusing? Or would students not be told the specifics of what comes of that unless/until it actually happened?

Yeah they'd know after the first fight; the person wanted to keep everything hush hush until the first fight was over. The announcement for refusal would be made at the fight on the fifth.
