Oh, I posted it in the wrong thread, did I? Okay, repeating here:
As far as battles go, I think we could stand to have Cutie Mark Crusader vs Cutie Mark Crusader fairly early on... I'm thinking of perhaps Scoot vs Babs, as a starting point? I imagine that for the first round of battles, at least, whoever's in charge would set those who are of similar ability against each other, right?

Also - not immediately, because I'd like them to meet outside of the arena first - but maybe Vanellope vs. Taffyta fight at some point, perhaps? ^^ I'm curious as to how that would play out.

Scoot vs Babs would be great with me; I think there'd be enough egging on that the two could be convinced to fight. I think an Apple Bloom/Babs or one of the other CMC's and each other isn't good for a starting one among them.

ooo, if Elsa doesn't mind, at some point i would like Elsa and Jack to fight off. Maybe someone finds out about their training together and calls them out on it.

I had a feeling you would like it. They both would kind of be reluctant to fight each other. Teacher and all. not to mention, the whole crush thing.
