Brief History: Right from childhood, Anna shared a very strong bond with her older sister Elsa; at least initially, until a mishap with the other’s ice powers injured her. While the younger girl was healed, her memories of Elsa’s abilities were removed “for the best”, and the two sisters were separated. Alone in the rest castle while Elsa remained locked in her room, Anna grew desperately lonely. Continually, she would try and coax her sister out of her room; but never to any avail. Still, Anna longed to see her sister again, to rekindle the bond they had once shared. When an invitation to a school arrived, Anna was reluctant at first – sure, she wanted to get out of the castle, but even though she never saw Elsa anymore, she was reluctant to leave her sister. Until she found out that Elsa had accepted a similar invitation; seeing, at last, her chance to restore the bond between them that had been lost, Anna signed herself up in a heartbeat.
