Age: 13 in human mentality
Skills: Wizzer has a knack for improvising fight tactics – mostly based on what he remembers from Thunderbolt episodes. He also has the most basic of basic fighting knowledge, taught to him by Mooch.
Weaknesses: Despite what he knows, Wizzer is quite weak physically, as well as somewhat cowardly. He has a dodgy bladder as well; a more-or-less stress-induced ailment.

Family: Pongo and Perdita (biological parents), fourteen blood siblings, eighty-four adopted siblings.
Enemies: Cruella DeVil, Horace and Jasper Baddun, otherwise left for RP
Brief History: Wizzer was born as one in a litter of Pongo and Perdita’s fifteen puppies. He was kidnapped by the “Devil Woman” Cruella alongside his blood siblings. He was always sort of outcasted due to his dodgy bladder – a small incontinence problem that eventually developed into a nervous tic of sorts. During his stay in the manor, however, Wizzer began to bond with another pup named Patches, who was more adventurous than he. Alongside his new friend, the two tried to hatch multiple schemes to break out of the manor, only to be rescued themselves by Pongo and Perdita, aided by Sergeant Tibbs. After the grandiose rescue, and the addition of 84 other puppies, Wizzer spent a lot of time strengthening his bonds between Patches, as well as his blood siblings Dipstick and Two-Tone. Subsequently sometime after Patch’s acceptance into Dante’s Academy, the Dearly family moved out to the countryside for a bigger living space, where Wizzer joined a small “gang” made up of him, Dipstick, Two-Tone, and Mooch.
One day, much to his own curiosity, Wizzer received a letter, much like his brother had before the move, to enroll in Dante’s Academy. Wizzer was a bit curious, yet excited all the same, and took the offer. Wizzer was a bit unsure upon arrival, and still is to a good extent – however he tries to be brave, even when he finds it impossible to be.
