[September 2-Open to anyone taking Crafting]
All along the back wall of North's classroom, a long table had been set up. On top of the table were numerous blocks of wood, crafting foam, and blocks of ice, magically enchanted to prevent them from melting, as well as strips of leather and bars of metal, from bronze to iron. Over the centuries, the big Guardian had become quite adept at fashioning whatever he pleased from whatever he wished. And, before too long, he hoped to have his students crafting wonders of their own.
As he waited for his students to arrive, North was humming to himself as he carved away at a block of wood, slowly revealing the form of a Cossack, mounted on a horse. As much as he disliked the whole idea of the students here being forced to fight, especially if it was going to be to the death, a fight between two willing opponents was a thing of wonder, under the right circumstances. And part of North sincerely hoped he might find a decent match for his skills in a fight, without the fate of the world hanging in the balance.

Eyes on the tiny male made him look ten times more terrified than he was. Smoothing his shirt first, then his tie, then his hair and finally his pants. His head raised up to the room number and checked his schedule. He swallowed nervously and hopped over the door frame into the classroom. What he saw was a large human male with a white beard. Louis swallowed, smoothing his tie again before he dipped his head slightly. He wasn't sure what he was supposed to say.
He spotted a stool and hopped up on it, making him at least face to chest with the man. "Uh...uh...h-h-h-hi? My name's Louis...I'm...here for the class?"

Jack made his way into the class. It was probably something that he was not expecting to take. The white haired youth walked into the class with a smile on his face. At least it wasn't english. He had nothing against that class. It was just kind of slow for his tastes. Fiddling with his tie, blue eyes cast upward to meet the teacher. His eyes nearly popped out of his head when he saw North. He thought he would be the only guardian here. 'Oh thank you Manny.' he prayed silently. Maybe now he would get the chance to talk to the guardian about what to do next.
--- Sweetie Belle hummed to herself as she entered North's class. Maybe this would be her cutiemark. Crafting! How fun would that be! She found a stool in front and smiled brightly looking at the teacher. "Hi there! I'm Sweetie Belle." she said, her smile simple but it was glowing with happiness. The white unicorn was looking forward to this class. It didn't seem as hard as History, she ahd to get a ton of help on that. Luckily, a boy from her circle named Yosuke had been willing to help.

Crafting. Now this was a class that seemed like it would be Hiccup's speed. English was interesting, obviously, but he'd been trained as a blacksmith and had his fair share of building experiences. After all, he had crafted Toothless' first prosthetic tail fin. He had confidence that he would do well in this class. So, stepping into the class room was a confident young Viking. He'd do well in this class, he was sure. The others? Well, Hiccup would just have to see how well they faired. The first student he could see was a small... Fuzzy... Thing. The second was that one boy from his English class, whom Hiccup decided to offer a brief wave to. The final one appeared to be a small hoofed creature with a small horn sticking out of her forehead. Not the strangest thing HIccup had seen, especially after dealing with dragons, but definitely out there.
Hiccup took up a seat near Jack, deciding it was best to stick with someone he actually recognized, and took a look around. This was going to be interesting, he was sure.
"So, is this everybody? Seems like a pretty small class..."

Jack hadn't really noticed as he looked around the room, it did seem pretty small. Much smaller than his other classes. He was glad that someone he knew was sitting next to him. That made him feel a little bit better. "Yeah, it is pretty small. I was expecting more people. But I've heard that there are a few classes that only have two or so students." He said with a smile.
"It is kind of nice though, now we don't have to worry about not getting our questions answered right?" He remembered his discord theory class. So far, it was him and a very very snooty girl with hair that reminded him of fire. "I don't think we've been properly introduced. Name's Jack Frost."

North had been so wrapped up in his carving that he hadn't noticed at first when students had started entering the room. At least, not until Louis spoke. He gently blew the wood dust from the block of wood as he examined it closely, then set it down. A broad smile crossed his face as he gazed down at the molehog, blue eyes twinkling in merriment. "Ah! Of course! Oh, what small, nimble paws you have. Perfect for crafting!" he said, briefly taking one of Louis's paws between his fingers and gazing at it closely.
The sight of the next student brought an even bigger grin to the large Guardian's face. The newest, and youngest, Guardian, Jack Frost! And, following closely behind him, a small unicorn who identified herself as Sweetie Belle. And, shortly after, another boy who looked to be about the age Jack appeared to be.
"Jack! So good to see you! Louis, Sweetie Belle, Hiccup, welcome to my class! I am Nicholas St. North, and I will be teaching you all how to craft wonders!" he said, moving out from behind his desk and picking up a wooden airplane. Holding it flat on his palm, he brought it up in front of his head, and blew, sending the wooden plan flying about the room, propeller spinning as it twisted and turned around the students.

At the sight of the wooden plane flying around the room, the white filly's eyes went wide but there was a clear sight of joy on her face. It was amazing and beautiful. Sure, magic in ponyville was great but this, this had a different kind of magic to it. Maybe it was because this magic was made by a human not unicorn or alicorn. It was clear now that this class could be what could give her her purpose and what made her special.
"How'd you do that?" she asked, her voice cracking in surprise. "Do you have magic?"
