xD Fair enough. Also, watching one of your favorite characters get slapped and attacked by one of your least favorite characters is no fun to do. This is a thing that happened in tonight's session of Xillia 2, and now I just want to give Milla loads of hugs. D8 Yeeeeah, I know exactly what you mean - happened to me in one part of Homestuck. It's the sort of thing where you want to jump in and protect them, and because they're just fictional you know you can't, and.... aaaaahhh, yeah, it's not pleasant. |

@ Jack - Yeah, I suppose that's fair enough. The problem I have is that the main characters from the original are barely utilized... At least from what I remember. I don't even want to go back to play it, to be honest. And that one story Raine tells about Lloyd trying to propose to some random girl just killed it for me. Well, killed it for me more. I do admit to liking Lloyd with Sheena as well as liking Colloyd, but I am a diehard Colloyd shipper. I admit it. That one story just renders all the adorable Colloyd moments in the first game useless for no good reason.
I feel like Xillia 2 is Dawn of the New World improved upon. Sure the paying off a huge fricking debt is a pain in the ass mechanic, and yeah it does require you to have Ludger in the party (but doesn't force you to use him, unlike Dawn of the New World forcing you to use Emil), but it's so much better. To me, at least.
@ Patch - YES. That exactly! I wanted to jump in there and protect Milla at that moment. Not only did she get slapped, but she also got blasted by some magic spell and it's like 'Dude! All she did was make some food for Elle and Rollo! Take a chill pill, Muzét!'.

Yeah, I'm familiar with that; I felt the exact same way when Terezi was getting brutally mauled by Gamzee. I mean, admittedly, she had stabbed him a bunch of times first, but he's basically this insane invincible clown who'd already flipped out and murdered a bunch of their friends, so she was justified. And then he started beating her to a pulp and I just wanted to DO something and protect her.

Do you guys think I should go to Babs and bronycon? It's something I'm really thinking over. It's probably gonna cost me a lot of money to do both, but it might be worth it. Not gonna tell my parents if I do however, I have really gotten enough shit from them about going to One of these things without going to two.

Easy for someone who doesn't live on the East coast to say.  I had heard John De Lancie was their first guest of honor, and it would be kinda fun to take a picture with discord. XD! But, on the other hand I really need to get caught up with rent. It's just hard deciding which con I wanna do more. I think deep down, I know I can only afford the bronycon and maybe a west coast trip later this year. If this Target job happens that could change, but I think I sort of tanked that interview unfortunately. |

Anyway...I think I should snip a bunch of my characters. Like I had muse for them but then it died. I'm for sure keeping Rahne, Babs, Pinkie and a bunch of others. But I'm so lost where I'm needed blahhhhhh

@ Brock - I *did* give you some threads where you're needed in the You Need Me thread... And also, no pressure, but if would be great if you could throw a character or two into a few more of the class threads, some of them seem kind of empty of students still ^^;
