"Why me? That I alone should be responsible for the welfare of the entire field is monstrous!"
Auntie Shrew
Class Taught: Drama
Age: Elderly
Skills: Planning, strong will, fairly athletic
Weaknesses: Self-righteous, fearful of what she doesn't understand
Friends: Ms. Brisby, the Brisby family, the animals in the field
Family: The Brisby family to some extent
Enemies: Open to RP
Brief History:
Auntie Shrew is a close-minded busybody who has taken it upon herself to watch over all the animals in the field. Supposedly, she is called "Auntie" as a sign of respect and endearment. One night, she visits the Brisby home to tell Ms. Brisby that the plow will soon come and she must move her family. But Ms. Brisby is not home. The children tell the shrew that Timothy is sick before Martin offends Auntie Shrew, prompting her to leave. Ms. Brisby arrives and the shrew tells her that it is time to move, and goes off in the huff.
The plow arrives and Ms. Brisby cannot move from her home, because of her son's advanced illness. She tries to stop the plow and Auntie Shrew comes to her rescue, cutting the gas from the engine. The plow is delayed from destroying her house.
As Ms. Brisby is gone to see the rats, the shrew takes care of her children. Jeremy the crow is sent to her house, but Auntie Shrew believes the crow is up to no good and has him tied up. Auntie Shrew is in the house with the children when the rats come to move Ms. Brisby's house behind the stone where it will be safe. The shrew panics and is knocked out during the move.
She recovers after Ms. Brisby used the power of the stone to move her house and the rats move to Thorn Valley. Auntie Shrew goes back to her lifestyle of the devoted, albeit rather nosy, community leader.
When Auntie Shrew received her letter, the firmly believed it was a bunch of riff-raff and promptly discarded it. Apparently though, she didn't have a choice but to teach.
