Skills: Pretty good in a fight but despite his short temper he believes in a rule that he follows.

Weaknesses: Can have his anger get the best of him which could lead to problems with not only himself but his opponent as well, he always wants a piece of the action if his siblings and friends were going to get harmed, doesn't know when to think before he leaps as the saying goes.

Brief History: Elijah was born with 14 of his brothers and sisters, a few weeks have past and he along with his siblings have gotten their spots, one night after watching ThunderBolt with the family, Pongo and Perdita took Roger and Anita out for a walk, that’s when the Badduns took the pups, this drove Elijah to the point where he would want to rip into their throats.

He found out that he and his siblings weren’t the only ones that was stolen, some were taken from their homes, while others were bought and paid for. From there he learned that they were going be dog skinned coats,

Elijah missed being with his parents and Roger, Anita and Nanny and wondered if they could be looking for them. Elijah also tried to control his anger but more remained, his resentment to Horace, Jasper and Cruella De Vil herself remained as well even though he knew that they were going to kill him, He did however feel comfortable knowing that Jewel, Penny, Lucky, Two-Tone, Wizzer, Dipstick and Patch were by his side, which caused him to

calm down some, After a while when he got rescued along with the other pups by Pongo and Perdita.

After being reunited with Roger and Anita, he was more than happy to be back at home but with 98 siblings instead of 14, just then a letter came for him, he was curious as to why a letter came for him, he opened up the letter from Dante's Academy and read the letter, Elijah took some time to think it over, he decided to head on over to the mysterious school, maybe he would find his siblings there.

No offense intended, but I honestly don't think anyone is going to take a puppy seriously if they're named Rage. And why did he have a mentor? Why does he supposedly not have any memory of his old family yet have memory enough of his old owners to 'feel rage' toward being abandoned? It feels like this history is missing some vital information that really should be there.

If I'm being honest, it feels like this character should be a standalone OC and not a 101 Dalmatians OC. I might consider reworking the character entirely, because as he is now he's just really confusing and feels out of place as a 101 Dalmatians character.

Okay, I've also got a question; why did the other pups received their letters themselves, but his got delivered to Anita & Roger?
