Skills: particularly smart - Penny was always the brains of the class in her old school -, is good at getting her way, and at being mean when she sets her mind to it.
Weaknesses: A pretty spoiled girl, all in all. Also, doesn’t have much physical brawn to speak of at all.
Friends: has a couple of girls who hang around with her at school, but are never named

Brief History: Born in New York City, Penny has enjoyed something of a spoiled life thus far. Besides being able to do practically no wrong at home, she quickly became not only almost top of the class, but also the alpha girl around her elementary school, too. All in all, Penny was very satisfied with the way her life was going. When she received a letter inviting her to attend a prestigious academy instead of her current school, Penny was thrilled; finally, her genius was being recognised! In spite of her parents’ reservations about her living away from home, Penny instantly agreed.
It didn’t take her long, upon arrival, to figure out what the school was really all about; but Penny isn’t all that concerned. She’s certain her father will sue the academy if anyone harms her – although, with no cell phone signal, she’s been unable to tell him about any of it yet – and her intention is simply to rule the school, just like she did back in New York.

(I know it could be argued that fire's a better circle for her since she can be hot-headed; but she doesn't have the strength and power needed there. Plus, I figured, Penny's stubbornness would be what landed her in Earth; and she proves herself loyal by the end of the movie, too, so I felt it fits. I just wanted to clarify that, though.)
