Skills: Able to produce bursts of electric power, teeth and short blunt claws, fairly quick when he needs to be, able to stand up on two legs and walk and use his front paws like a human being
Weaknesses: Extremely cowardly and unwilling to fight, extremely egotistical

Brief History: Fen is a simple Pokemon living a simple life in a simple island forest, taking shelter in a single house along with Rose, Enlee, and Billy. When a mysterious letter appears on their doorstep one morning, Fen decides that it's only natural that this prestigious university should want him and goes without hesitation, unaware than Enlee has followed him out of curiosity.
Upon arriving however, Fen becomes scared out of his ever loving mind. A college where people fight to the death? Uh no thanks. Fen refuses to fight and is constantly looking for a way out.
