"Huh? Okay, sure."
Rita Mordio
Circle: Fire
Age: 15
Skills: Rita is, if nothing else, a skilled mage. She's quite adept at using fire, water, lightning, earth, ice, and even dark magic.
Weaknesses: She's stubborn, incredibly reckless, doesn't trust people easily, and prone to being violent. She's blunt to a fault and unafraid to voice her thoughts on things. She's also not terribly strong physically or terribly fast. Her spells can take a fair amount of time to cast, too, and because of this she might need people to guard her while she casts. Rita is also very reluctant to ask for help. She feels that she can't trust people, as stated above, and that the technology she works with would never betray her.
Friends: To be determined
Family: She's the only surviving member of her family known to her
Enemies: Stupid people
Brief History: Rita was born and raised in a shady town known as Aspio. When she was young, her parents were killed and she was left all on her own. If she was shaken, Rita didn't show it and instead became fully engrossed in her blastia studies. Through the years of research and all, it was unsurprising that Rita became one of the most renowned mages in Aspio. She also developed a reputation for being difficult to work with and reclusive. Most people in Aspio wouldn't even bother trying to socialize with her because of it. Frankly, though, Rita preferred it that way. She didn't need people in her life. All she needed were the blastia she worked with.
One day, a strange letter was slipped through her letter flap and left to sit on the floor for a while. It got lost amongst papers and other things scattered about Rita's cluttered home, but eventually was discovered upon doing a tiny bit of cleaning. It was an invitation to some school. At first, Rita scoffed at it and tossed the letter. She didn't think she needed to go to some dumb school. After all, she was the most famed mage in Aspio. A genius! She didn't need school to tell her that. After time, though, the letter started to tempt her. What could some school have wanted with her genius? Maybe they wanted her to teach?
Well, Rita would soon find out. She accepted the invitation and headed for the school. Once she arrived, though, she found out that she wouldn't be teaching. She'd be a student. Just like everyone else.
